Requirements:
- Field Service Lighting Configuration & amp; Customization Experience
- Hands on experience in Work order Management, Timesheet Management, Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance Plan, FSL Mobile App and branding.
- FSL APIs knowledge is nice to have.
- Service Cloud (Contact Centre) Omni-Channel
- Full life-cycle Salesforce implementation experience with strong expertise in Service Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com .
- Salesforce Certifications preferred PD1 Service Cloud Consultant
- Must have advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce standard or out- of-the-box functionality.
- Must have knowledge and experience in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, Apex controllers, Triggers, Apex Batch jobs, REST and SOAP based Web services.
