Everyone looks forward to a vacation, because of the hectic work schedule; everyone needs a week or month for refreshing purpose. Thereafter, going back to work after a vacation can make you feel little lethargic and lazy. So, before you start back on your work after vacation, take some time to stabilize both your personal and professional life. Grabbing the most basic things, sick from jet lag and not satisfying for a buffer day long can create certain issues. It may seem stressful for the employee to come back to work after spending a long vacation because of the unwillingness to work.
